Too many women rely on men to make them happy, but I think it's time to take matters into your own hands. If you feel like your days have been stuck on autopilot, then don't worry! These are 10 ways to take your boring and dull life from Groundhog Day to grand -- in no time flat:

1. Go on a Non-Diet
Some women avoid the cookie jar, count calories *I know I do* and refer to yourself as 'bad' if you dare enjoy two or three slices of a cake. Hating our bodies has become a pastime that running down a list of flaws to friends actually counts as conversation. Oh my God!
Try it! Enjoy the papaya juice, eat the Burger King's Whopper burger and order McDonald's apple pie! Just as eating salad for one day won't make you thin, a few fun dinners with friends won't make you fat too!

2. Book Your Dream Vacation - Go Alone if You Have to!
You've always wanted to see Rome or Bandung or Sipadan Island, but you never seem to have the time and if you did, you don't have anyone to share it with.
Try it! The truth is that the time is never 'right' to do something amazing. Let's face it - it's easier to make excuses than actually do that thing. You have to make the time. And if there's no one to accompany you, then who knows? You might meet someone special there!

3. Cut the Credit Card Noose
Okay. Call your credit card company and renegotiate your APR - there's a good chance it's higher than you realize. Then, open up a separate savings account because you are about to save some serious cash, lady. Make your own coffee at home instead of buying it at Starbucks. Oh, pack your own lunch as well. These two will save you around RM200 to RM300 a month!

4. Kick your Celebrity Addiction
A friend of mine loves to blog-hopping every single day for God-knows-how-many hours in front of the laptop.
Try it! Toss the tabloids and magazines. Disconnect from internet and switch off your computer. Pick up the phone and catch up with old friends. Browse your local bookstore and get to know the world you live in, seriously. Go out there and look at the world!


5. Date Yourself - Exclusively
Take some time to enjoy your own life, pamper your passions, hone your hobbies and truly get to know yourself. *sometimes other people know you more than you know yourself*


6. Work at Your Dream Job
Whether it's writing, accounting or opening your own bake shop, there is no reason you can't be doing something you love while earning a solid paycheck. You just have to be smart about it. Start a blog, take a class or sell cookies out of your kitchen on the side while you work at your current position. The more you indulge your dreams as a hobby, the more likely it is that it will ignite your passion and have you brainstorming new ways to make your dreams come true. Motion creates motion: Sitting there complaining that you missed your chance will get you nowhere fast. *my older sister works as a teacher and she loves writing. Her colleague offers her to write a script for a play. She accepted it and now she is a scriptwriter!*

7. Tackle your Biggest Fear!
Be it cockroaches, heights, or public speaking, every gal has something that leaves her shaking in her heels. Look, no one suggesting you sleep in a cemetery. But taking small steps to overcome your fear is healthy. Not only will it increase your confidence; it will also likely show you that you have given whatever it is more power than it deserves.

8. Let Go of the Past.
You've had the same look since school or college *I did but then I changed mine during college*. You even wear some of the same clothes. Yes, you were a total cutie back the - but that was 10 years ago! You may not realize it but trends, face shapes and body types change over the years, which is why it's important to freshen up your look every so often. For starters, cut and change your hairstyle to the ones you never tried.

Vacation mode - ON.

Ya, setelah mengharungi exam yang pelbagai, sekarang tiba masanya untuk berholiday. Yeay!~ Gohohohoho...

Ok. Hint for my upcoming blogs; semua orang nak kurus (ok.most people lah), jadi ada di antara mereka guna method 'tak makan' untuk jadik kurus. Beta pun akan kurus tak lama lagi, starting next week to be exact. Why kurus? Because I won't be able to eat properly. Why takleh makan? Because my mouth will suffer if I eat certain food. Why mulut suffer? Because there'll be metal in my mouth. Why metal? Because I'll be wearing...... Gehehehehe...you guys guess lah! ^^

Esok paper LitCrit! *Literary Criticism*

Sekarang jam 9 malam. Aku masih lagi belum bukak buku *tapi memang takde specific buku pun..pakai notes je.huhuhu*. Tepat 12jam selepas ini, aku akan menghadapi exam LitCrit. Tapi satu haper pun aku tak baca lagi nie weyh!!!! *dah tu, rajin plak kau berblog-blog nie kaaaannn*.

Aku pnye method kan, pakai google, guna wiki. Huhuhuhuhu... *kalau mcm gini cara blaja, lingkuplah exam kaauuu*. Taklah. This "google-method" is used strictly for subjects yang mmg general dan tak berapa nak specific serta takde buku. Hah.lecturer ni dia pakai notes yang dia ambil from keratan-keratan artikel dan journal, *dan possibly wiki*, lepastu dia compile and bind kan je. So, logiklah kan kalau guna the google-method. Hohoho.. Anyway, beta dah bertekad untuk TAK TIDUR malam ni, dan study habis-habisan!

Ni bawah ni, stok makanan untuk malam ni. Huhu.. :
Mula-mula, maggi. Tiga jam lepas tu, keropok roller coaster plak. Then, 2 jam selepasnya, coklat cadbury *nyumnyum!*. One hour after that, maggi tomyam. Lepas subuh, biskut jacobs tu buat sarapan pukul 7 pagi kang. Hehehe.. Ni stok air plak:

Redoxon ni tengah minum. Pukul 12 kang Cadbury hot chocolate tu. Then, around 3am, nescafe white coffee. For breakfast, milo fuze.

Daym! Ni bukan stok mknan untuk study.tapi stok mknan untuk gemuk dengan cepat dan berkesan! Hahahadoiiiyaaaiii~ T_T

Lately rasa sengal..

Hah.bukan sengal kepala otak. Tapi sengal-sengal badan. Dengan kata lain, sejak kebelakangan ini, beta rasa tak sedap badan *tapi yelah, badan aku bukannya sedap sangat pun. Buncit. Hahaha* Anyway, sekarang musim exam, jadi mulalah perut beta buat perangai *perangai??* oh.perut beta mulalah meragam.

Kenapa ye? Ntahlah.tapi setiap kali nak final exam, mesti perut memulas-mulas gitu. Macam ada blender dalam perut ni, then blender tu blend usus-usus beta dengan ganasnya. Serious dowh! Compartment-mate beta (yang duduk 4meter jauhnya) pun berkata "kuat gila perut awak bunyi!". Jadi, aku pun tanya kaklong aku pasal sakit perut ni *Liana Laili memang pakar mengenai bab kesihatan ye*. Dia kata "awak ni stress nie..." Beta pun, "o0ooo..." Badan beta panas dalam and ada batuk plus hingus sket2. So, dia suruh minum air badak.




Ni lah air badak, atau nama scientificnya air penyejuk badan cap kaki tiga *aku seriously tak tau kenapa namanya cap kaki tiga tapi gambar badak tu ada empat kaki...*. Hah. Ni lah rupa meja beta bila dalam keadaan bersepah haruk! Hahaha~ ada apa tu..., sikat pink yang dapat free from sunsilk, pastu sebelahnya ada vaseline, notepad, then ada laptop dengan my celcom broadband. Huhuhu~ Sambung cerita. Oleh kerana beta period, jadi kaklong beta suruh makan makanan yang TIDAK pedas. Dan disebabkan lauk tengahari kat cafe tu smernye tinggal lauk-lauk yang pedas *beta terlambat beli*, jadi beta pun belilah kuey tiow kungfu :


Ni beta beli from Cafe Ameenah...hurm..tak sedaplah.. Beta rasa kuey tiow kungfu daripada Cafe Asiah lagi sedap.. Jadi, kepada korang-korang, kalau nak makan kuey tiow kungfu, makanlah di Cafe Asiah yerp! Hohoho..

Hopefully esok lusa oklah badan ni..malas nak pegi klinik sebab tak suka makan ubat. Reason yang lebih concrete, beta mahu sistem imunisasi dalam badan ni rajin sikit bergerak. Jangan bergantung harap pada ubat-ubatan yang banyak bahan kimia ni. Daripada kecik pun memang beta jarang makan ubat kalau sakit. Kena paksa dengan family, barulah telan ubat tu. Kekekeke~

Kalie Shorr is WAY BETTER than Rebecca Black

Well, well, I’m sure you guys have heard of someone named Rebecca Black. She’s the one whom media have been comparing with Justin Bieber (this was before her debut song came out on Youtube). Once the video’s uploaded, my oh my, loads *I mean, really, LOADS* of people are *yes, not were, but are* bashing and commenting and criticizing and etc, on the video, the song, and her as well. This is her video:




Last few weeks, Friday’s songwriter said: "I remember writing 'Friday,'" Wilson says. "It was on a Thursday night, but I finished it on Friday morning. And I knew it was silly, you know? 'Tomorrow is Saturday, and Sunday comes afterwards.' I mean, everybody knows that, obviously, but I wanted the song to be simple and kind of sweet. People talk so much about how silly or stupid the lyrics are, but pop songs, they're meant to be catchy and to tell things in a simple kind of way. I feel bad that Rebecca has been getting so many people criticizing the song because it was me that wrote it."

Personally, for me, it’s not about the song, but it’s more on her voice. Listen to this: 



Now, now, have you heard Friday’s version by Kalie Shorr? If you haven't, then you should! She has a much more nicer tone of voice to listen to. Cuti 5 Bulan.

Haaaaappppeerrrr?? CUTI 5 BULAN??

Hm..yelah.saya tak dapat nak register ape-ape subjek untuk short sem tuu.. yang saya bleh register untuk short sem, cuma dua subjek je. Dan dua-dua subjek tu saya tak dapat.

Pada awalnya (awal-awal sem ni), saya memang merancang taknak amek short sem pun. Tapi lepas dapat masuk caklempong tu, aku pun plan lah nak amek gak short sem kali ni. Tup-tup, tak dapat nak register plak. *bak kata orang, kita hanya mampu meng-plan, Allah jua yang menentukan* Anyway, tak dapat amek short sem pun, takde hal lah beb. Dapat lah wa cuti lama-lama. Ho ho ho...

Plan sepanjang cuti sem nanti, beta rasa beta nak amek kelas violin. Haritu dah tanya mamat kedai tu, dia kata, “bulan empat kitorang start hoh”. (hah.skang dah bulan empat lah!) takpe. Beta tanya lagi, dia kata, “bulan lima pun boleyh maa.. ho ho”.

Plan seterusnya, bekerja lah kaaaannnn, ape lagi~ *kalau tak kerja, ibarat beta ni menghabiskan beras kat  teratak beta tu je lah kan* Bulan puasa start lebih kurang August, then, raya hujung August, smpailah September (tarikh register sem 1 adalah pada 11september). So, beta rasa, dengan sifat pemalas-tahap-dewa beta ni, beta kerja sampai bulan July je lah. Harharhar~ Bulan puasa tu, beta duduklah rumah, kemas-kemas apa yang patut (dah nak raya kaann) and beta pun nak ikut ayahanda beta pergi masjid buat terawih. Kalau beta kerja (ni bukan kerja office hours ye. Ni kita bercakap tentang kerja yang kat shopping complex tu), dah tentulah beta balik pukul 10 dan terlepaslah beta nak terawih di masjid.. Jadi, decided. Beta bekerja sehingga July sahaja. Kerja apa..? Beta dan adik beta dah buat tiga pilihan, nanti tinggal nak pegi apply je.

Plan selanjutnya…? Hek hek hek. Ni plan ni, beta malu plus segan lah nak beritahu. Huhuhuhu~ kalau plan ni jadik, nanti sem1 tengok je lah ye ape yang terjadi kat diri beta ni. Huhu~
